I'm getting a nice fat bonus at the end of this month so I know my bosses appreciate me in fact they have admitted once or twice that they wish the rest of the staff were as organised as me! I work for an inhouse recruitment agency, we work for a design engineering company supplying alsorts of different levels of staff around the UK, we're kinda like the middle men between the client and the outside agencies, we're there to mike sure the client doesn't get ripped off basically and to monitor where and who CV's are being sent to. I'm a Senior administrator but i doubled up as a consultant at the mo coz we're looking for a new team member (not that i get paid a consultants wage but hey I love the job lol) |
