Hil, trying to find any connections possible with my Dad's family. His father was born in Bigbury - Sub-district of Modbury County of Devon in 1900, John henry pengelly to John Willaim Wilson Pengelly + Annie Elizaebth - formerly Brennan. Can't seem to find anyhting about my grandads family at all. he ran away to the navy when only young boy and was there a good part of his early years. he was known as 'Jack' and family was from around Buckland Monochorum area?? Am really having probs - have also joined ancestory.com - any ideas anyone? Very new to this and determind not to let it beat me!'! Kind regards Jackie |
