We certainly wouldn't recognise the Docks now - or rather Cardiff Bay - i was working down there about 12 years ago when the Barrage was just being built, worked for the UBO/JC and trying to get the 'locals' to get off the dole and work on the barrage was a joke! Went down there and everyone stared at us as if we were from Fraud pmsl - and the money was actually pretty good at the time. I was amazed...... |
