An anti-spam tip - try Googling SpamBayes - this is a free download which divided incoming mail into good stuff, spam, and questionable. the more you use it, the more it starts to understand what is good and what is not. It seems really good at capturing the dross, and it allows you to check stuff before you delete. So if you're bothered by spam, this could be of help.
