	Phishing is when you get an e-mail purporting to come from a reliable source (eg a bank) which uses false claims to induce you to reveal confidential information. The claim usually is that someone has hacked into your account and please could you confirm name, address, account number, passwords etc. So BEWARE because a genuine bank etc would not approach you in this way. Do not answer these and do not open any attachments. If in doubt, contact your bank (or whatever).
