Lamb's liver (Fry as it's known in Oz) is readily available in most supermarkets. We both enjoy it as a 'treat' from time to time.

I also like tongue which is not always readily available; last week OH was out shopping and phoned me say that she had sourced some and did I want one. I said yes until she told me the price...$22.00 per kilo. The last one I bought from the same supplier, only a couple of months ago, was $9.00 per kilo.

I know that inflation is rife, but at the most recent price I'm sure someone is extracting the urine!

Ann, Tesco have both liver and kidneys on their online ordering site. I’ve had lamb’s liver from them though not recently.

Maybe just Tesco then. Which is where I get my on line shop. I will have to look at the butchers in town although not something Infancy carrying on the bus.

OH doesn't like it, so I rarely buy it any more, but I think they sell all sorts in Morrison's and I'm fairly sure I've seen chicken livers in the Coop. Our local butcher sells it too.

I know not to everyone’s taste but where has all the liver and kidneys etc gone? I actually like both but for ages have not seen either in Tesco other supermarkets may be better.
