That sounds lovely Fly. My maternal Grandad died before I was born. He was only 32. So there are no photos of him

Paternal grandad, looks like Alfred Hitchcock. :-D :-D

Oh gosh MG….I agree with you there :-( :-0

Belle… I freeze brown rolls and mostly Warburtons seeded…they taste just fine..think if you left them for months that would alter the taste

I freeze much of my bread because K has to have gluten-free which he makes himself.

Dtr and fam came back on Sunday night and the young un walked across and had lunch with us on Monday. After he’d wolfed back salad, steak and sweet potato chips he said it was great to get back to English food as they always eat Greek when they’re there. A growing lad indeed. :-D

My Mum's french ancestry on her Island are a nightmare......they were prolific breeders I have nearly 50,000 matches from her side alone :-0 The surnames are like Jones, Brown or Smith but french names :-0 :-0 With that ancestry I have no idea why I never took to french :-S :-D

I think it is very important to remember the parents.

One of my SIL believes you should only care for the living.

Bit callous I think. :-0 :-0
