Weather reports about fog and freezing conditions in the south, but neither are showing in these parts, thank goodness.
No ice in the birdbath either.

A 'home' day for me.
I got some large cardboard boxes from the supermarket at the weekend to help with holding stuff, while I reorganise some kitchen cupboards.
..... Well that's the plan ;-)

A decent day here. Warmer now with green grass and dry roads and footpaths.

Just watching the news while having brekkies and I see that Javid has helped his brother out by giving us all something else to think about - that is, paying to visit our family doctors and visits to A & E without a referral by doc.

My mind’s working fifty to the dozen! It’s ridiculous to think that someone lying seriously injured on the road or footpath would think of getting a doc’s referral before letting the ambulance take him to hospital.

It doesn’t half push the Met’s problems onto the back burner.

I am nothing if not suspicious and cynical. ;-) :-D
