Well Allan, have to say, I wouldn't dare hang out my underwear nowadays as possibly too ummm risque as I have a single man living next door.

It just might put his BP up and then the old farmer who has sheep at the bottom of my garden might just have an Angina attack :-D :-D :-D

I actually think my clothes are far more trendy now then they were 40 years ago. We used to have flannelette sheets and blankets but now we have duvets.

Why not reinvent yourselves. Buy the wife some sexy undies for xmas ;-) ;-)

I was looking at the washing on our rotary washing line and thought to myself that nobody could mistake that an elderly couple lived here.

Large misshapen vests and assorted underwear, a couple of faded flannelette shirts, baggy jeans etc.

It doesn't seem that long ago that the line would be covered in suspender belts, pee-a-boo bras, French knickers and slinky clothing in all hues of the rainbow .....and that was just my clothing!!
