Pre-pandemic they used to reply within 3-5 working days.
I don't know what the situation is now.

I’d wait until next week to try them.
If you have tried emailing them at support@ genereunited.co.uk there is usually quite a wait for a reply.

This is the FindMyPast number but as they run Genes from their offices they should be able to answer any queries.
