Been for my flu jab. Nurse wanted to take my blood pressure so did that first and

guess what it was raised :-0 :-0. White coat syndrome I said. ;-) ;-)

She took it again and it was fine. :-D :-D
She wasn’t wearing a white coat BTW ;-) ;-)

Shopping arrived so now we can eat :-D :-D :-D

Glad B.P recovered to better levels.
My flu jab is booked, but there is not likely to be any blood pressures taken.
It's like a production line at our surgery, - in one door, see doctor or nurse for jab, then out the other door.

So nice when you can dry the washing outside.
It smells so fresh.

Well, the sun was playing hide and seek, but it's been mild and dry all day, so I've not long come in from cutting down and tidying in the garden.

Not today. We went for our flu jabs, did a bit of shopping then on the way back we met

a friend. Someone had helped to cut loads of stuff down in his garden but they had to leave it.
We went back after lunch and cut it up and put it into bags for the bin men to take away.
There’s loads more to do so will go back tomorrow.
