Try using another browser. I use Chrome and I don't have this problem

Contact [email protected], as already suggested.

They usually take about 3-5 working days to respond.

You seem to be the only person experiencing this - or at least the only one who's mentioned it.

Thanks for your replies. It is only on Genes and it happens every time I change a page on Genes. Including editing this message.

It's just another of those annoying computer things that you have to learn to live with. :-

I click on accept as part of entering a new site, although there are some that don't do it. One is Tesco and neither does Genes, which is good as I am in and out frequently!

" . . . every time I change a page."

Do you mean every time you go to another page on GR? If so, it's a fault (which I'm not experiencing).

If you mean it happens every time you go to a different site, then as Nameslessone has said, it's been happening for ages.

It's to do with Data Protection.
Websites used to be allowed to instal cookies on your computer without telling you, but now you have the choice to refuse some or all of them on most sites.
But I agree it's annoying that every site doesn't just store your preferences once and for all.

Is it just me or is everyone constantly receiving the following pop up box?

"But first, cookies

We use cookies to understand your site usage. That way we can tailor the site navigation, content and marketing to your specific needs."

It seems nothing I do, can stop it coming up every time I change a page.
