Another really hot day here.
I went into town quite early, but was soon wilting :-|

Apparently we haven't got a hosepipe ban in this near coastal area, but as we don't use one, it won't make any difference to us.
We will still be frugal.
Only the tomatoes are getting water...... oh yes and the birds.
The rest of it will have to take a chance.

30 C here which is low for August, hope it stays around that. Knee almost better, daughter has walked Priya so I can rest my knee.

Got to make an orange and almond cake for daughter as she doesn't have gluten or dairy. Great cake as everyone likes it.

Morning, sunny but windy here. Visitors off for a look at the shops then onto the nearby beach for a swim and lunch then they'll see if they want to stay there or come back here.

Daughter has done 2 loads of washing this morning, they may be dry by the time they get back ;-) :-D :-D
