Andysmum Report 23 Jul 2022 15:33

Last year, when the free licence ceased, we paid at the end of July by direct debit.

At the beginning of July this year we received an email (which I thought might be a scam, but wasn't) telling us that our licenve expired 31/7/2023 and that payment would be taken on 22/8/2022.

I queried this with the licensing people and was told it was an auto-renew and all in order.

I have printed off the new licence to prove I have it - so what happens if we cancel the direct debit before 22/8??

This is the most cock-eyed system of payment I have ever seen. :-| :-|
