It’s 37.9 out but still perfect at 27.3 inside. I don’t know how they are going to be comfortable watching the cricket but it is Ben Stokes’s last appearance in one day so I know they’ll enjoy it. Thursday and Friday in sunny (!) Manchester will be enough for me. :-D

I remember chilled chocolate drinks in a bottle in Spain - highlight of the day they were that good.

It’s 33 outside but only 26 inside so it’s lovely in the house.

I am an ice cream, sorbet and frozen yoghurt fan. They are my go-to desserts. :-D

30 here already :-0 Did I ever mention that I'm surrounded by woods? Very lovely but hope Bored Stupid and his mates don't get lighting fires - it happens but could be disastrous after this long dry spell. :-(

Pat, people have been eating ice cream in hot weather since it was invented LOL

No ice cream in hot weather it closes your pores and makes you even hotter. Out here you'd have to eat it very quick as it would get to room temperature very quickly. :-D
