Paying a bill ................

I was thinking of maybe ignoring it .................. at my age, I could be dead, or faking it, when they try to get it :-D

Seriously ................. we a) never put anything on charge unless we already have the money in the bank, and b) we always pay the bill before the due date. So, no, we don't pay interest either.

But they do always give this estimate of how long it would take to pay it off.

This estimate was just so wild that I had to share it!

No wonder people get deep into debt and struggle if they only pay the minimum amount and continue to charge items.

Sylvia, go for the 68-year option and have a wild time with the money you would have paid out immediately. :-D

I do the same, Bobtanian, but I wait until last minute before I pay. My need is greater than theirs. :-D

Shows how much interest is added. I guess you will not do that???? Although the last bit would probably be wiped out. :-D

Back on May 4, I booked a train trip on The Canadian for early October, that will be our first trip since we got home in January 2020.

The credit card bill arrived today and OH and I got a good laugh when we looked at a feature that estimates how long it will take to pay the bill if you only pay the minimum payment every month, including interest but not any future charges.

68 years and 5 months

:-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D
