I phoned my sister yesterday, to remind her that a 1970's episode of 'I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue' was on Radio 4 Extra.

We had a chat about these old radio programmes.
It transpires, that, as a teenager, she and a few young lads would sneak out of school at lunchtime, and go to one of the lads houses - to listed to 'I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again' - on Radio 4!!! :-D :-D :-D :-D

If you were to ask me for reasons why teenagers snuck out of school, the idea of listening to Radio 4 would be last on my list!

It seems one of my brothers and a group of friends got into the habit of sneaking out of school to hang out at one of their houses......until after a few times of just sitting in the house scared passing parents would see them they gave up as it was too boring :-) Maybe they should have listened to the radio!
