Sitting here minding me own beeswax and a parakeet flew past the window.

Apparently there are so many in London, they are thinking of culling them. A park has been stripped of its blossom and shoots, as the hungry little devils are eating them. :-0

Been in the garden but it was really cold. Retreated to the greenhouse for a bit to warm up ;-)

Maddie they are a noisy pest. I think you can report it somewhere if there are more than 40 in a group. :-0 :-0

I've heard about those parakeets, but not seen them, although I can imagine that a large group might be a bit much.

A couple of weeks ago, in a nearby village, daughter had to stop the car to let something pass that was heading in our direction.

......... It was a strutting peacock.
