Just reading in the Mail on line about her funeral. Of course photos of all the stars who attended were interesting (some definitely past their best before date) but reading of the different comedy programmes she was in. I wonder how many of todays present day 'comedy' actors will have such a long list of characters they played when they eventually die. She was such a good supporting actress, sadly not one who would have sprung to my mind until I was reminded of her. I had forgotten that she was in the rag trade for example, as well as on the buses and bringing some comedy (much needed) to East Enders. and other programmes, too many to mention. She did have a wonderful send off though. R.I.P Anna Karen.

She was also in a couple of 'Carry On' films.

A good 'jobbing' actor who didn't constantly crave publicity.
