When daughter had to go as an urgent case to a physio they contacted her a month after the referral but she'd gone private via her works health care. |

Don't know what what the excuse was with daughter's delay but her boss was furious when he found out she'd not heard after 10 days and phoned the private physio and made her an appointment for the next day. |
