	We have just recieved a card from a very good friend, who we had not hear from and were beginning to worry about. Her husband passed away. Such a sad time for her, but it is never easy.

	Ann, my condolences to all of the family. My granddtr rang this morning (just as we arrived at dtr’s door) to tell me that her step-grandfather had passed away half an hour before her call. Not what anyone would wish for - so sad and it seems worse at this time of year, but it’s no worse than any other time. Keeping things upbeat is the best line of action, I think, Ann, because there’s nothing anyone can do about it. <3 <3

	Afternoon everyone <3 <3 Merry Christmas one and all <3 <3 Thank heavens Fly :-D :-D Just cooking a few bits and prepping some stuff to take to V’s tomorrow, they will be coming here on Boxing Day. My lovely Aunt and BFF passed away yesterday afternoon, so we are all trying to keep things upbeat at the moment, her daughters and their families are devastated :-( :-( Might catch you all later <3 <3
