	Comedian Jethro who was famed for his west country take on life has died after battling Covid, it was confirmed today. The stand-up comedian, whose real name is Geoffrey Rowe, 73, died from the virus on Tuesday. The much-loved comic, who was fully vaccinated and had had a booster jab, contracted the virus just 10 days ago and was in hospital for seven days before he died. He was in remission from Hodgkin Lymphoma which he had two years ago. Not everyone's cup of tea but we found him very funny.

	Oh my goodness Ann! OH loved Jethro and we went to see him once, years ago now. How sad after him being in remission that he get's covid. RIP Jethro.
