Do you mean on Genes or another site.?

Very few of the researches on the boards use the records on Genes.

I'm searching the Genes site. I have tried to report the error to customer services but get the same error message when i try to submit my message to them. Not very good :-(

Nobody works weekends, business hours Monday to Friday only.

........... and then there is usually seems to be only 1 person assigned to GR.

There hasn't been any real support for years, since Find My Past took them over.

As was posted above, very few of us use GR's records. GR doesn't actually have its own records, most of them are accessed from MP.

Some censuses are available free on Family Search. All are available with subscriptions to Ancestry or FMP.

Birth, marriage and death records for England and Wales are on Freebmd or the GRO records, both free.
