	This morning, I was telling somebody about one of Fred's adventures and she accused me of not being as bad a carer to him as I make out! She doesn't even think I was neglectful.

	Fred won't be turning in his grave. Some bits of him have been shared around people who benefited from his light fingers in other people's gardens but the rest ofhimis still in his jar in the shed. It is raining so I won't be going out to see if he might be whirring around in there.
