She is my sister and the last email I had from her was a day or two ago and it wasn't nice so maybe I'm better off without her.

I only receive notification that an email cannot be delivered when the server will not accept it, then I get a Daemon reply from my server to say it cannot be delivered.

I take that to mean that my server cannot "talk" to their server.

I've never had an email returned for any other reason.


We do often tell people on here who complain about people not responding to requests via GR pms that they must have changed their email address on file with GR and that thus it cannot be delivered, and no-one will know.

I block all the junk mail addresses that come to me. I did find once that I seemed to have blocked a non-junk address by accident and had to scroll through hundreds of blocked ones to find it.

It is a valid email address, I have always clicked on the reply button and had an answer, however I have just sent one so waiting now to see if I get any sort of answer.

I am guessing that as the email address is a valid address it would not be returned to sender. I have only had emails returned if I have made a mistake in the email address. I guess if someone closed their e mail account and you sent them an e mail then it would be returned.

I suppose blocking would be pointless if they still got your emails but I am surprised the email is not returned or noted as 'not delivered'.

Yes they can block and they won’t receive your email and it won’t get sent back to you.

Is it possible for someone to block me from their e Mail address and if so what happens if I send an email to that address?
