That match the other night, the players from the other country, whatever it was called, did kind of slow handclap to thank the fans or something like that. They did not just run off to jump in the hot tub.

It all looks so much more civilized.

Fortunately, I don't have to watch the spitting matches, however, last night, after watching 2 programmes I wanted to watch (still on my laptop - must get the new aerial wire attached), I transferred to the spitting programme - they were 1-1.

I believe the Danes were lining up to kick the ball towards the others' goal , when the 'hub' on my laptop froze.
So I turned the radio up, and got a book :-D

About 11pm, a 'rowdy' fan passed by, outside, and, by straining my ears, with a glass up to the door,I could just about hear him singing! How very dare he! :-| :-| :-|

We had to have the spitting on television last night, s we have every tie England pliayers have been called upon to spit for the good of the country.

I can't say that I have watched any of the capering about but have caught a look at how the spitters are behaving after the match. Everything looks to be so much more subdued and gentlemanly now.

I do hope it is a little bit of good that ha come out of the pandemic.
