Looks like the hot weather is going to bring out the thunderstorms.

Keep an eye on the forecasts.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

Sister and I (and her 8 month old pup) went camping in Somerset last Sunday to Tuesday. We'd paid to stay until Wednesday, but when the rain subsided on Tuesday, we made a bolt for home!

We actually received a round of applause from those in their campervans, who watched two elderly women in 'wetsuits' masterfully erect a huge tent in lashing rain during a howling gale! They didn't offer to help, though. :-|
The dog was safe and dry in the car.

We (and quite a few others) are going camping again, this weekend for a family get together. Having said that - my sister and her dog will be going home in the evening, as the campsite's near her home.
Also going back to her house, will be my 72 year old brother, and a 76 year old friend and her partner.
However I, and about 8 other adults, (a couple in their 70's) 7 children and 3 dogs will be staying overnight.

The weather HAS to be good! :-S

Calm down. It’s only Tuesday today and the storms look like they are tomorrow, Wednesday.

I don't care!

After seven years when the biggest fear in my life was a power cut, I just don't give a flying duck!

Puts it into perspective, Sharron - but I really don't want another wet camp :-(
