Hi everyone. I need help please (not just with my mind lol) I started my tree back in 2002 after my dad passed awayIve done pretty well on my mums side thanks to the people on Genes & their advice etc...I have also been trying to find my husbands grandparents details (a promise I made to his aunt that I would try my best,I hit a brick wall at the time. Unfortunately she has now passed away) I have found more details but can't access anything (I tried when it came up that it was a free weekend to search, which I did but it said I had to subscribe to actually 'view' the records...Im so disappointed. I used to have emails with 'free to view' census/parish records. Its coming up to 20yrs of researching soon and would really appreciate if anyone can help me find a site link I don't have to subscribe to.Even if its a 'pay as you go' site I don't mind paying for certificates but I'm on a very low income and seriously cant afford to pay for a whole subscription charge...I previously tried a 14 day 'free trial' but had a major headache trying to cancel it. I would be very grateful if anyone can advise/help or point me in the right direction please.TIA |

Public libraries in the UK have the UK records version of Ancestry which you can use for free so long as you have a library card. |
