They did turn up after 6 in the evening....seeing it can take up to 4 hrs to install and the guy said that he wasn't qualified to take away the old telephone junction from the window frame, I refused the visit :-| |

I have a complaint going through at the moment, Fly....they sai that once the broadband has been installed they will send someone out to remove the box in 48 hrs...fingers crossed :-) |
