We have one and find it useful for cooking a variety of things, worth experimenting, saves heating up the oven as cooking starts immediately.

We'll definitely try it, Von, but we still have to find a place to store it. :-(

I’ve never tried one and thought I would agree with you Allan.

However having looked at some of the recipes online I think I would try one or two before I passed it on ;-) :-D

Air-fryer fairy?

Yesterday I went to check the letter box to see if anyone had kindly sent me the odd thousand dollars. Nope!

However, whilst making my miserable inside, I noticed a black object beside the front door. The way the door is situated, I hadn't seen this object on my way out.

It was an air-fryer. It's a good job that it wasn't a chip-monk ;-)

Anyway, back to the tale. No note, no explanation, no knock on the door; nothing.

I was left pondering on this until my OH returned home from her appointment with a heart specialist.

it turns out that in a conversation with one of her craft group, an air-fryer was mentioned and the owner couldn't get to grips with the workings of the said machine so she said that OH could have it.

I had been looking at buying one for some time but came to the conclusion that for our type of cooking it would be a waste of time.

So we now have an air-fryer taking up space in the kitchen and we are unlikely to use the said thing.

I suspect that it is going to be like one of those presents which no one really wants so they are passed around until making its way back to the original purchaser, a bit like those chain letters used to warn you about :-D :-D
