Hi, i'm trying to find an email address or contact number for genes reunited. The FAQ section is not helpful and i am unable to speak to anyone directly. I am also unable to reply to the emails i have received from Genes Reunited. Any ideas. I have paid for a 6 month prescription and have a receipt and confirmation but i am unable to access the records. I'm asked to buy credits or a subscription which i have already done.

Thanks

Vicki

Was it a standard subscription?
Click on your account and look at subscription details, then you check what you can look up.You won't get full details you would find on a birth or marriage certificate. For those you would have to order the certs from the GRO.
