The boxes are at the bottom right hand corner & often have a clip about Harry & Megan.

When I log in to my emails I keep getting a box saying I have 3 sometimes 5 viruses.
It says to clear click here. When you do click it comes up as "renew Norton account" which I got rid of years ago. Is this some sort of scam? I understood Windows 10 had its own inbuilt security system.

Can anyone give advice on how to

a) get rid of viruses if this is the case
b) get rid of the scam

Many thanks
Phyll
