I live about an hour north of Maggie and we had quite a long snow show late afternoon and evening. Looked like a heavy frost this morning.

We had a 15 minute blast of hail in Winchester this afternoon.

There was snow everywhere when I got up but it thawed pretty quickly and the sun has been out for hours - not warm though. OH noticed little hedgehog droppings a couple of days ago so I hope the baby is OK.

Silly thing is I just want her to go on and on ,wouid hate to lose her because she is very much a family member

Brilliant sunshine at the moment here nearer the coast, Shirley, but much chillier than yesterday, when we enjoyed a walk near the sea and saw people painting the insides of their new beach huts near Folkestone.

It always seems colder at Hawkinge and when they have winter snow, it is often heavier and lingers longer there.

Hope you have some bright days for you and Harold to enjoy soon.
