Bright sun and blue sky here during the day ....... but a bitterly cold wind really blowing from the north! I think it got up to 8 degrees eventually.

We had ham for dinner. No Easter eggs here though.

My goodness, our temperature is rising fairly quickly. In half an hour it has risen by 2 degrees - now 8 and looking promising. :-D

Happy Easter everyone. <3 :-D

Roast lamb for us today - my favourite meat.

There was frost when I got up but it has thawed, the sun is out, it is bright and 6 degs out there.

We sat in daughter's back garden for an hour yesterday and chatted with her and her OH while their son (the young un) was across in the park kicking a ball about with mates.

Waving to him when we passed was just like old 'normal' times. It felt good. :-D

Happy Easter Allan, hope your weather improved enough for you to follow your plans. The sun is shining here at the moment (0815) but I have no plans for today, all days are the same for me at the moment, maybe some gardening. But at least it would be nice if the sun continued to shine it is 0 degrees out there so no sunbathing today. :-) :-)

We're having ham roast ......... and it has been raining all day today (Saturday), so who knows what tomorrow will be like!
