JoyL .......

Thank you, yes it's not hurting today. So all is good.

Andysmum .............. glad that you've had your 2nd jab. We have to wait 16 weeks for ours, as they try to spread the vaccine around and give every one who can have it the first one.

We had our second jabs yesterday and so far have had no reaction at all. We didn't for the first one either.

I hope it's better when you wake up this morning, Sylvia.

Joy ... glad neither of you had any side effects, and hope you get your second dose soon.

We have to wait 16 weeks at the moment, though that might change if they get sufficient vaccine in to give everyone the first dose sooner than expected.

Thank you, Kay.

My arm still hurts a little, but it is more like a muscle strain, so I'll work around it :-)

Thank you

Yes, I got a sore arm yesterday evening, still have it.

It feels like a muscle strain, but as long as I keep my upper arm close to my body it doesn't hurt, but if I move it in any direction or try to pick something up, then it aches.

LondonBelle ............ I've never had a reaction to the flu jab!

It was all so easy!!

Yes, that is all I had sylvia. But a few people had flue like symptoms from the Pfizer, just fairly mild ones.

That's good, Sylvia... hopefully you'll have nothing worse than a bit of a sore arm similar as to when you have the flu jab :-)

I went for my first jab this morning.

OH had his last Friday, he had no problems at all.

We both have had Pfizer, and will go in 16 weeks for the 2nd jab, unless things change, as they have a habit of doing as we work our way through this pandemic.

We went to the local casino for our jabs ;-) , only just across the river from us, but had to go round 3 sides of a square to get there. It was very well organised, lots of volunteers to help direct you and check on you, all very friendly and most young women.

Everyone had a smile that you could see even behind the mask and shield that they all had to wear .......... crinkling of the eyes says that!

Now to wait and see if I get any symptoms ........ all good so far.

Told to wait 3 weeks before even beginning to relax the isolation, and then keep on wearing mask, hand washing, etc.

The province has just entered a 3 week "circuit breaker" because new cases high and young people getting sicker.
