	Good morning all :-) Just a local gentle walk alone for me. I'm lucky to have pleasant areas to walk, but might extend to walk to the coast if the weather is good, but that's still achievable in about 40 minutes. No going today though.

	I hope you do get to see it Von. I've lived within reach of the sea for most of my life and sometimes find it 'calls' me to visit, if I haven't been to the coast for a while.
