I tried phoning...hopeless :-0 :-0 :-0

I took another look at the post code list of addresses to request another code....There are onlyb10 in our postcode...all accounted for except one....I think this is the address we used years ago before changing it...very similar...so I clicked on that and they texted me a new code :-D :-D
