As you know, I have the new planters coming and I am generating stupid ideas hand over fist. How is this for one?

I have all sorts of spice seeds I have accumulated and use about a spoonful of in soe recipe I have never made again and I am wondering if they might produce some interesting salad leaves if I tried sowing them because they don't stand much chance of being used in cooking.

I should imagine things like coriander seeds may sprout, if started indoors.

I grow mini greens in a seed tray inside the house and snip them onto salads. So have a go, you might be pleasantly surprised. Anything that grows should be edible and tasty.
