Both of us and a friend on her own (she drove herself back) felt fine straight after. 1st reaction was feeling cold in the night. |

That good, Fly always good to have a backup cos it's when you don't that's when you feel a bit iffy....I just had a bit of a sore arm but that didn't come till the evening :-) |
