Hello again Greyghost. Have just been trying with Scotlands people but didn't get too far- Andrea was born in 1943 and was at a hospital in Galashiels not too sure what RD 1968 means as in your message but it did sound hopeful The Remedial Gymnasts joined up with Physios some time ago ! Any suggestions as to what I can do ? All the evry best for 2021 says Sandra / Germany

Is there a Remedial Gymnasts Association that she might belong to?

A google search shows there was, but it merged with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists in the 80's

Andrea R - 1943 (the Registration District would fit)

It shows her Mother's maiden name which is perhaps what the initial R stands for in Andrea's birth registration.

No marriage showing in England/Wales but probably one in Scotland - Galashiels RD 1968 with first names incorporating the name you give and the initial showing a second name as per mmn (if not it's a coincidence), using this site -

https://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk - register but free to get an initial result

No way to be sure if any children as Scottish births don't give mmn to cross reference
and any number of possibilities in England.

Hello from Germany, wonder if anyone knows the where abouts of Andrea nee Byrne, She came from the Wirral and was my roommate when we were in Wakefield training to be Remedial Gymnasts , She did her State Registration year near Edinburgh and then I have a feeling she went to Canada, This was in 1964/ 65 !! Some of the oldies meet up each year and we would love to hear any news,
