Fascinating Mr M, thank you.

All sorts on parade there - various modes of transport such omnibuses etc, religions, clothes, ages (I couldn't help wondering how many of those young lads lived beyond a World War that many would have fought in).

Also, all of those cotton mills employing thousands of people, a huge industry then - and the cows herded through the street!

I could go on forever. Wonderful bit of history, Mr M.

Strange how the males of the race felt the need to 'play up' to the camera.
Boys poking their tongues out and leap-frogging is one thing, but the 2 men who started a pretend fight....... :-D :-D
