On my desk top, is there a way of changing the size of the font on incoming emails? I thought there was a quick way but can't remember.

Highlight, control alt and parenthesis ] for larger and [ for smaller.

It's MS Word, Ann.

What are you using and I'll check my info from way back? Unless someone comes up with something in the meantime.

Ann If Win 10 you can use the the 3 little dots as and when you like,to enlarge text.

They can be found in the top right hand corner at the end of the browser bar,,,,,click on them and then use --or+ its usually set at 100% ,,,,,dont forget to re-set when you dont need it...

On Outlook in W10 there is a slider down in the bottom right corner which normally shows 100% but you can pull it to the right to increase the size and left to decrease.
