Probably but disappointing

Have ordered from them many times and they guarantee but their feed back is atrocious if you have a complaint

I am not a complainer but paying for poor quality is just not on if quality is guaranteed

I think they are probably doing their best to supply as best they can.

When planted said slow growth and 8 ft in 20 years
It was that this year having been 20 plus years

Well it went berswerk this year with all the wet weather we had earlier and was too tall and blocking the view from the front kitchen window

Have roses too in the raised bed and they were struggling for room

So £95 later it was out including roots

Then was getting plants to plant up for a good show

Well ordered from my usual online supplier who send good quality plants

Wasn’t that good thiugh waiting for delivery and quality

Have planted but not that sure they will survive as too late to get established

Bought perennials so hope they will take and not die off

Had problems with gentian violets that were dying off the day after delivery

Have complained to the supplier

Yes I know delivery etc has been a problem but they should send healthy plants out when they do pick and pack up to send out

Really disappointing this time and their feed back and contact is very remote especially as they guarantee their plants
