	where do I find the much boasted about Scottish Records on this site or is this site only for english people

	Welcome to the boards Alexander. For Scottish records you need Scotlandspeople website where you can search for free but you need to buy credits to see the actual record. Not sure where you have seen any boasting. For research purposes it is better to use Genes sister site Findmypast or Ancestry and just have the basic subscription to this site. Kath. x
