	As you know my OH has been in catering for who knows how long and I really don't know why now. Today I made a cake and he put it in the tin for me and the bowl was practically pristine once he had emptied it, which it never is when I do it. It seems, and I find this totally incredible, that , in catering, when you put the mix in the tin from the bowl, you don't like the bowl out! Can you believe that? I always thought that was what you went into catering for!
