If you feel in need of some gentle exercise during your confinement I came across some 10 minute exercise videos on the following website

www.10today.co.uk

Go onto the website and scroll to the videos

The exercises are designed by older people for older people and can be done either in a chair or standing up.

Give it a try :-D :-D

What I like about them is they are 'bite' size and I'm not knackered at the end of the 10 minutes.

Of course, if you are inclined you could do more than one :-D

I'll tell my much younger sis who did her back in following Joe Wicks!

She ought to have stuck to her own daily routine - her training for it is second to none, I would have thought.

I think she is somewhat bored. Daft bat. <3

As you know Pat, our dance classes are now on Zoom so our happy group of dancers is as fit as can be (ahem!). :-D

My younger sis ought to have known better and stuck to her four years of dance and choreography training at a leading London centre and her long training to teach yoga and Pilates.

She is simply too bored even though she continues to work mornings from home. It's one of the downfalls of being so active.

Get cracking everyone but please don't overdo it. :-D :-D :-D

By the way, for those doing yoga: check the length and depth of your trainer's course and experience. Some only do a short course which leaves a lot out. It can be particularly dangerous for the elderly and those suffering certain ailments and skeletal problems.
