you are wildly unlikely to get windows 10 drivers but windows 7 is a poss.
if you do get them make sure you are in admin mode or install will fail. win7 drivers work about half the time with win 10.

Oh I see you are talking about PMCIA cards.
ho hum support for them Microsoft is nil leaving you with possible OEM support which is more likely to be 32bit than 64bit if they do anything at all.

This might work.
Step 1: Type Control Panel in the search box next to the Windows menu in Windows 10 and open "Control Panel".
Step 2: Navigate to "Device Manager" and open it.
Step 3: Right-click on the SD card and select "Properties", and under the "Driver" tab, click on "Update driver".
You will need the drivers locally or from a web location.

PCMCIA is what Microsoft call "legacy" technology.
IMHO you will not find a Windows 10 solution but you might. OTOH many linux distros still support PCMCIA.

PCMCIA has been superceded by USB. The most common incarnation is USB2 but USB3 is charging along. Pretty well any personal computer or laptop sold in the last 7 years will have USB2 support.

There are PCMCIA cards which add USB2 support but not the other way around.

Two possibilities, Bob, although no doubt Rollo will have a more definite answer.

A) On the on the extreme left at the bottom is the windows symbol. Click on that and two lists appear. One is an alphabetical list of all the apps etc and there is a smaller one which has icons. If you put the cursor over the icons their function comes up. The cogwheel is for settings and will take you into that area of Windows 10.

B) otherwise just scroll down the alphabetical list until you reach the Windows section. The very last item listed is Windows System. The info will be in there somewhere.

I have a satellite laptop, and the card reader slot at the front seems to have stopped working...it USED to work reading my dashcam card, but doesn't seem to even look at the card now...
