Hubby & I will , hopefully reach this milestone in April but have no idea what to do.
He says its just another day with the woman he loves.
What did any of you do to mark the occasion?

Congratulations, to you both, Phyll,

we If i recall correctly merely had a meal thingy with our own immediate family, in our younger days we (as double wedding couples) would have both sets of family four spouses, four children and their companions......together, for a meal/night out, but due to ill health, family commitments,etc that has fallen by the wayside....
this year being what would have been our 60th anniversary, having lost one of the couples spouse, we like you Phyll, have no real idea of what might ensue......

we went to Scarborough for fish and chips at Ma Hubbards then visited the castle

We had a very nice meal at our favourite restaurant, just the two of us

Then we took a 3 week trip, by train both ways to Quebec City. Stayed in a the best hotel for 6 days, and had a great time.

We went two hundred mile to visit family Friday _ Tuesday had a Family meal on the Sunday 12 of us it was alright enjoyed seeing my Sons & Neices that was nearly three years ago .doesn't matter what you do be Happy .a special meal overnight stay in a hotel treat your selves. Have a great time that's all that matters Happy Anniversary xx
