Hi, Hope someone can help me. I searched FAQs in vain. I was a member in 2013 and have only just rejoined. Is there any way of getting back access to all the stuff I entered? Many thanks, Carolyn

If you know the sign in name that you used before and the associated email address, then you should be able to use the forgotten password facility, which you are offered when you try to sign in.

If you deleted your old account then the tree will have gone.

You can try searching all member trees for someone who you know was in that tree. That should confirm that the tree still exists. You can then send your old tree owner a request to view that tree, which you will then receive on the old email address.
