	A couple of nights ago I watched Bob Monkhouse's last stand. He did stand up before an invited audience, mostly comedians. Despile looking very ill he did 45 minutes of stand up, had his audience in in stitches. Toward the end of his 45 minutes he revealled the nature of his illness still injecting his style of humour. Two months later Bob Monkhose was dead. RIP
